Processing times

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Print Mintaka is based in the UK, so please be aware that there may be processing delays during UK Bank Holidays.

Shipping prices

Standard (Folded) £3.50

Your prints will be folded and sent via Royal Mail's First Class service, or a similar service provided by another shipping company.

Tracked and Signed (Folded) £6.00

Your prints will be folded and sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service with Signature, or a similar service provided by another shipping company.

Courier (Rolled) £12.00

Your prints will be rolled up and sent via a courier service.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If you're in the UK, please contact us after 14 working days, from the date of dispatch, if your order hasn't arrived.

We will contact the shipping provider and they will ask us to submit a report regarding the lost or delayed items. Sometimes they are able to locate lost or delayed parcels and they will deliver your parcel to you. Other times they may confirm that an item has been lost and in this case we will either provide a replacement or refund for your order. Please note that it is very rare for parcels to get lost.
