Introducing, Points!
If you’re regularly sending files to print, you might love our Points Club subscription service. We’ve created a way for your to save money, by buying printing credits, called Points.Â
Each month we’ll add a set number of Points to your account, and you can redeem these against your printing orders.Â
Do I need a Subscription?
Everyone’s printing needs are different. If you’re someone who only prints a few sewing patterns throughout the year, then the Points Club may not be right for you. You can simply print off your patterns without signing up for a subscription 🙂
If you print between 60 – 200 pages of A0 a year, then we might have a subscription level that meets your needs and saves you money!
Points Club
The Points Club offers you better savings. It’s our way of saying thank you for regularly using our printing services.Â
The Points Club subscriptions last for 12 months. Each month, on your renewal day, we’ll add your Points to your account. The points will be valid for a rolling 12 months, so you don’t have to use them all at once.Â
Which Subscription Do I Choose?
We have three subscription tiers in the Points Club: Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.Â
The Yellow Club is for people who print around 5 pages of A0 sewing patterns, or architectural plans per month. That’s about 60 pages a year. The Cyan Club is for those who print around 11 pages a month, or 130 pages a year. The Magenta Club is for those who print around 18 pages a month, or around 210 pages a year.

Points
Points are like printing credits.Â
You can purchase Points through our subscription service. Each month, when your subscription renews, you’ll receive your set number of Points in your account. You can redeem these Points against your printing orders.Â
1 point is has a credit value of £1.50.
When you redeem 1 point, £1.50 will be taken off your order total (not including shipping.)Â
You can buy Points through our subscription service. By signing up to a 12 month subscription, you’ll get a set number of Points added to your account each month, on your renewal date. The amount of Points that you receive will depend on which subscription tier you’ve chosen (Yellow Club, Cyan Club or Magenta Club.)
The points will be valid for a rolling 12 months, so you don’t have to use them all at once.Â
You will need to be Signed In to your account. If you have any Points on your account, you’ll see the following wording appear at the checkout.Â
You have (x) Points. Use (y) Points to get a discount of £ (z) on this order. Apply Points
If you wish to redeem the points, click Apply Points. The discount will be taken off your printing order. You cannot redeem the Points on your shipping costs.Â
Subscriptions
If you need to Pause your subscription, you can do so for up to 30 days. You will not be charged during this time and you will not receive any Points. Your subscription will resume after the Pause has ended.Â
You can Pause your subscription once during the 12 month subscription service.Â
You have 14 days to cancel your 12 month subscription. Please email printsewingpatterns@gmail.com with your cancellation request. If you have redeemed any Points during this time, your first month’s payment will not be refunded. You’ll be able to redeem any remaining Points on your account. If you have not redeemed any of your Points, your first month’s payment be refunded, and your Points will be removed from your account.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
To place an order through the Website for a Product or Subscription, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
SUBSCRIPTION
You may choose to subscribe to a subscription plan through the website. The subscription plans consist of recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you. By entering into a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription has a recurring payment feature and that you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Each subscription is for a single user only. We may cancel or suspend your subscription account if you share your access rights with any third parties.
PAYMENT
You confirm that your sign up and payment details are complete and accurate, and that you are entitled to purchase a Subscription using those sign up and payment details.
It is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to your sign up details on your account at printsewingpatterns.com.
The initial payment for your subscription order will be taken at the time of checkout.
We will submit periodic charges every month without further authorization from you, until your subscription ends or is cancelled.
Your subscription will start immediately.
If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your subscription.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of subscribing, by emailing your cancellation request to printsewingpatterns@gmail.com
Each subscription is classed as a single sales contract, so you are only entitled to receive a refund if you cancel your subscription with us within 14 days from the day on which you first subscribe.
When you cancel your subscription, or are no longer a subscriber, you will no longer be able to benefit from the subscription.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time as a result of any breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel the subscription model.
The cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to purchase a new subscription following cancellation, this is at our sole discretion.
PAUSE
You have the option to pause your subscription for 30 days, via your account. You can pause your subscription one time only during the 12 month subscription.
OFFERS
Special offers will not apply on top of any subscription discount.
END OF SUBSCRIPTION
Following your initial subscription period of a fixed twelve month subscription, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You may resubscribe once your subscription has ended.
SHIPPING
Delivery is not included in the subscription. When you order a physical item, you will need to pay delivery charges. Your Points (printing credits) cannot be redeem against shipping cost.
POINTS
Points are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points can be redeem on printing services.
LOSSES
We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
CHANGES
Where we need to change your terms of subscription, we shall notify you by email. If such changes are material, we shall give you the option to cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rota refund for the time remaining on your subscription.
